Main duties of the job
In this patient-facing role, you will:
* Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with urgent health queries within your scope of practice.
* Provide face-to-face consultations to deliver timely and effective care.
* Prescribe medication independently as required.
* Conduct occasional home visits to support patients unable to attend the surgery.
* Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centred care.

Qualifications
* Advanced clinical assessment skills
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
* Proficient in medication administration and management
* Experience in patient care and treatment planning in a primary care setting
* Certification as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £25.00-£30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
