Escape Recruitment Services are recruiting for an established global manufacturing business in Stirling. We have an excellent opportunity for a fluent German-speaking Sales Administrator to join the business on a full time, permanent basis.
This role will be based in the office in Stirling 3 days per week and remote 2 days from home.
Based within a small, busy, and supportive sales support team, you will provide administration support to the external sales team, whilst delivering high levels of service to customers, with a particular focus on the German market.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Assist customers with general queries
2. Prepare customer sales quotations
3. Liaise with internal teams to gather information required for customer quotes and orders
4. Process sales orders through the ERP system
5. Track sales order progression through the supply chain
6. Resolve any sales order issues
7. Raise despatch paperwork
8. Liaise with hauliers and customers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve logistics queries
9. Provide administration support to the external sales team
