Equans is looking for a Contract Manager to join our team working in Sutton and Chelsea, working on our contract with Institute for Cancer Research. This is a permanent, full-time role, working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.
Institute for Cancer Research sites are responsible for the development, research and manufacture of cancer. The site consists of clean rooms, laboratory, office and plant rooms. The nature of their business requires their Lab areas to meet clean room standards. The maintenance of their HVAC equipment is of the upmost importance to ensure their research and science always remains operational.
What will you deliver?
1. To be accountable for the financial performance of the contracts
2. Ensure personnel manage the contract to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
3. Ensure that all risks relating to safety, health, environment and quality are effectively managed through the use of risk assessments, PPE, training and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment for both employees and clients
4. Operate a Permit to Work System in accordance with Equans Technical and SHEQ processes and client requirements (or approved client system)
5. Review monthly audit checks demonstrating legislative compliance within scope of service delivery streams and to escalate to the portfolio director as necessary
6. Ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures across the stakeholder groups
7. Ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time using the CAFM system

Who are you?
19. Having a Hard FM recognised qualification would be advantageous
20. Must have experience managing TFM within Pharmaceutical or process-controlled environments
21. Experience of using a CAFM system to manage engineering team
22. Must have a full clean drivers licence
23. Must be available to participate in an out of hours on call rota. The role may require the individual to work late from time to time
This role includes a DBS Basic check therefore ability to pass is essential.
