Annual salary: £45,000 50,000 (depending on experience)

A Day in Your Neighbourhood Lead with accuracy : Oversee the hotels full financial function, from forecasting and reporting to audits and compliance.
Empower your team : Guide, develop, and support a high-performing finance team in a collaborative and values-driven environment.
Be the numbers voice : Collaborate with other department heads to provide financial insights that drive smart decisions.
Plan ahead : Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis, making sure were always one step ahead.
Stay in control : Ensure guest billing is accurate, accounts payable are managed efficiently, and financial procedures are legal and ethical.
Whats Your Story? Youre more than just good with numbers, youre a proactive leader who sees finance as a tool to inspire better business. Heres what helps you thrive in this Finance Manager role:
A bachelors degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
At least 3 years experience in hotel accounting or internal audit, with 3+ years in a management role
Experience working in a global branded hotel environment is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting, and control procedures
Experience preparing financial analysis, forecasts, and managing P&L
A collaborative mind-set with great attention to detail
Fluent English (spoken and written) required
Pre-opening experience is a bonus!
