Office Based (WFH 1–2 days post-training) - Commutable from Essex, Kent, Greater London, Hertfordshire
Circa £37, % Bonus

A well-established, growing business within the motorsport energy sector are looking to appoint a
Transport Supervisor
on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with logistics or commercial operations experience to take ownership of day-to-day transport coordination, ensuring products are delivered safely, compliantly and on time.
The Role:
* Manage daily logistics schedules (goods in & goods out)
* Coordinate closely with commercial, procurement and production teams
* Oversee third-party logistics providers
* Ensure compliance with ADR / IMDG / IATA regulations
* Maintain accurate transport and customs documentation
* Communicate with UK and international customers
* Monitor freight rates and support commercial operations
About You:
* 2+ years' experience in a logistics or commercial environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
* Confident communicator with customer/supplier-facing experience
* Import/export or customs knowledge desirable (not essential)
* Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
* ERP/CRM experience advantageous
Package:
* Circa £37,500 salary
* 10% discretionary bonus (paid in January, pro rata)
