Part Time Accounts Clerk - yrgently needed 25-30 hours a week
* Annual Salary: £30-33k pro rata

* Job Type: Part Time 25-30 hours a week.
We are seeking a Part Time Accounts Clerk for our office located near Heathrow. This role is ideal for individuals with or without prior credit control experience as comprehensive training will be provided. The position is particularly suitable for a part time person, as offering a flexible working environment. The primary focus will initially be on the Sales Ledger, with additional responsibilities in the Purchase Ledger and covering for vacations.
Day-to-day of the role:
Sales Ledger Duties:
* Interface data management.
* Receive and allocate payments.
* Conduct credit control activities.
* Generate and run monthly client statements.
* Address and resolve customer queries.
* Check sales invoices for accuracy.
* Manage filing and reconciliations.
* Liaise with the Operations team and generate reports.
Accounts Payable Duties:
* Post and check purchase invoices.
* Reconcile supplier statements.
* Prepare lists for supplier payments.
* Allocate payments and reconcile bank accounts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Excellent telephone manner and a modern, forward-thinking approach to customer service.
* Keen attention to detail.
* High level of literacy and numeracy.
* Strong communication skills.
* Highly organised and deadline-focused.
* Proficient in Excel.
