Role Purpose Restaurant Section Leader - Royal Ascot
Up to £16 per hour
We are looking for dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisors and Managers to become part of our prestigious hospitality team at Royal Ascot Racecourse. In this role, you will take ownership of a dedicated restaurant section during race days and special events, upholding the exceptional service standards our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and inspire a team of waiting staff across your assigned restaurant section.
Champion consistently high standards of service, presentation, and professionalism at all times.
Manage the flow of service between kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless dining experiences.
Conduct pre-service briefings, keeping your team informed on menu offerings, daily specials, and service expectations
Address guest enquiries and complaints with professionalism and care, escalating where appropriate.
Working Schedule
Availability to work race days at Ascot Racecourse is essential. Full availability throughout Royal Ascot week is required, including extended service days.
