About the Learners: Many of the young people we work with have additional needs, including: SEN (Special Educational Needs) SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) Trauma-related challenges Or may be at risk of permanent exclusion (PEX) About you: We're seeking strong Tutors with at least 1 year of experience in UK schools in roles such as: Tutor Teacher Cover Supervisor Teaching Assistant ELSA 1:1 Support Worker Or similar educational roles As a Tutor, you will: Deliver 1:1 tuition sessions tailored to individual learner needs Plan and prepare engaging, differentiated lessons Support learners with additional needs including SEN, SEMH, trauma, or those at risk of PEX Build positive relationships to encourage engagement and progress Monitor and report on student progress and attendance Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Experience working with learners with additional needs is essential.
