About the Design & Technology Teacher Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Design & Technology Teacher to join our successful department. The successful candidate will teach Design & Technology at Key Stage 3 and 4, with a focus on inspiring students through engaging lessons and practical learning. Responsibilities of the Design & Technology Teacher: Plan and deliver challenging, creative, and hands-on Design & Technology lessons that inspire and engage students. Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development. Contribute to the development of the Design & Technology curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant and up-to-date. Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Participate in extracurricular activities related to Design & Technology, including clubs and workshops. Qualifications and Experience: A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS). A degree in Design & Technology or a related field. Experience teaching Design & Technology at secondary level, ideally including practical applications.
