You will act as a central point of coordination, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and third-party partners. Key Responsibilities Maintain clear and effective communication between internal teams, external partners, and suppliers Support field team activities, including organising training sessions and events Attend and support the organisation of client offsite conferences and meetings Produce and distribute account toolkits and field documentation to agreed standards and deadlines Coordinate with third-party suppliers to manage equipment purchasing, distribution, and asset tracking Support service delivery through troubleshooting and problem resolution Set up and maintain Salesforce and reporting systems on tablets and mobile devices Work cross-functionally to resolve day-to-day operational issues Review, document, and improve existing processes and systems, providing recommendations to drive cost and service improvements We recognise that people are the key to our success. that is why we place great emphasis on providing exceptional rewards and fostering excellent career development opportunities.
