In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring product excellence through precise sample handling, rigorous testing, and meticulous record-keeping.\n\nWhat you'll be doing:\n\n * \n\n Responsible for daily lab operations, including receiving and booking various samples (raw material, finished product, chocolate, in-process, hygiene, R&D, and swab samples) in ATLAS/LIM systems\n\n * \n\n Conduct weekly inventory audits\n\n * \n\n Scan and distribute worksheets to Eurofins\n\n * \n\n Calibrate NIR instruments\n\n * \n\n Collect scheduled water and air samples\n\n * \n\n Periodically collect allergen and toolbox swabs\n\n * \n\n Sort extra finished product and PRIMP samples weekly\n\n * \n\n Regularly input results into Excel\n\n * \n\n Maintain Mars lab standards, including cleanliness\n\n * \n\n Adhere to quality and safety procedures\n\n * \n\n Work proactively and unsupervised on weekends\n\n * \n\n Ensure all tasks are completed correctly and on time, adhering to break schedules\n\nWhat we're looking for:\n\n * \n\n A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy\n\n * \n\n Ability to follow established procedures and maintain high standards\n\n * \n\n Proactive and independent work ethic, especially on weekends\n\n * \n\n Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks\n\n * \n\n A team player who contributes to a positive and productive environment\n\nIf you're ready to make a significant impact on product quality and thrive in a fast-paced, engaging laboratory setting, we encourage you to apply!\n\nWe are committed to providing equal employment opportunities and encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
