Technical Administrator A well-established and highly respected organisation is seeking a Technical Administrator to join their supportive, growing team based in Altrincham. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with experience in construction-related administration. You'll be working closely with technical teams to ensure smooth document flow, client coordination, and CRM management within a regulated and quality-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Upload, manage, and maintain technical documents, plans, and reports in the CRM system. Proactively liaise with clients, and stakeholders to obtain missing documentation or approvals. Monitor and support the timely completion of administrative tasks across the technical team. Manage and resolve portal queries professionally and efficiently. Accurately label, categorise, and file documentation in line with compliance standards. Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the wider technical department. About You Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction or property services. A basic understanding of construction terminology and technical documentation. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Confident communicator with professional verbal and written skills. Technically proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Desirable Experience working with CRM/document management systems used in the construction or property sector. Awareness of UK building regulations or compliance processes.
