Mitie is seeking a dynamic and proactive Workplace Coordinator to lead the delivery of Facilities Management (Technical FM) services across Canon's flagship building in Uxbridge and four regional UK sites.
This is a high-impact, site-based role where you'll act as a key connection between Mitie, Canon, and our service partnersāensuring seamless operations, outstanding customer service, and a collaborative team culture.
You'll be the face of Mitie TS on-site, driving service excellence and making a real difference to the daily experience of Canon employees and visitors.
š§ What You'll Be Doing
⢠Coordinating Technical FM services across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with SLAs and client expectations.
⢠Acting as the central point of contact for Technical FM communications with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.
⢠Building strong relationships with stakeholders and promoting a culture of ownership and responsiveness.
⢠Managing service requests and updates via CAFM systems (Maximo MAS, Click, SAP).
⢠Monitoring reactive, quoted, and planned maintenance activities -ensuring timely resolution.
⢠Attending regular meetings and providing structured updates on Technical FM performance and service delivery.
⢠Championing a positive workplace environment aligned with Canon's values and standards
What we are looking for
šÆ Candidate Profile
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
⢠Proven experience in FM service delivery across multi-occupancy or large-scale environments.
⢠Strong understanding of helpdesk workflows and QHS&E procedures.
⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across all levels.
⢠A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service.
⢠Effective stakeholder management and workload prioritisation skills.
⢠Familiarity with Maximo (v7.6 or higher) and scheduling tools such as Click or MiJobs.
⢠IOSH certification (desirable but not essential).
