The Role
Were looking for a dynamic and highly organised Events Executive to join our Commercial team. Youll play a key role in delivering world-class events that showcase RMLs engineering excellence and brand
from exhibitions and product launches to client activations, technical seminars, and motorsport hospitality.
This is a hands-on role where youll bring ideas to life, manage complex logistics, and ensure every event runs seamlessly and delivers real business impact.
What Youll Do
Plan, organise, and deliver RMLs annual calendar of events.
Manage event logistics
venues, contracts, travel, freight, stand builds, AV, catering, and branding.
Coordinate suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure flawless execution.
Work with internal teams and our PR agency to promote events through digital campaigns, invitations, and marketing collateral.
Deliver exceptional on-site management, including guest hosting, VIP support, and live troubleshooting.
Capture leads and attendee data for CRM integration and sales follow-up.
Produce post-event reports with ROI analysis and recommendations.
What Were Looking For
25 years experience in event planning, ideally within automotive, motorsport, or engineering sectors.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven experience in vendor negotiation, logistics, and budget management.
Confident communicator with experience engaging with VIPs, clients, and internal teams.
Calm under pressure with a flexible, can-do attitude.
Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally.

Events delivered on time, within budget, and to a consistently high standard.
Quality and volume of leads generated.
Positive feedback from attendees and stakeholders.
Contribution of events to RMLs broader marketing and sales goals.
