About the Role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn every aspect of the recruitment process while developing the skills you need to succeed in a competitive, rewarding industry:
* Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
* Understanding client requirements and sourcing high-quality talent
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising to placement
* To complete compliance checks and adhere to GDPR
* To create and managed adverts
* To complete the onboarding of new workers
* To support either temporary and permanent recruitment needs
* To complete high volumes of administration
* To support with marketing
* Negotiating offers and maximising earning potential
* Working towards realistic KPIs and targets
About You No prior recruitment experience is required — full training is provided.
