In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with both existing customers and adding new clients, and driving revenue & profit growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills and a solid understanding of sales processes, both in UK & Export sales environments. As well as stock management and a knowledge of MS 365 Business Centre.
Duties
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts., Needs to be highly driven, confident, and able to work in a very responsive company.
* Develop and maintain existing relationships with customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions, as well as add new customers/ Product ranges to their portfolio
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the industry.
* Collaborate with the internal teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to both existing potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
* Track sales activities and client interactions using MS 365 Business Centre software to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and expand professional connections.
* Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a related industry.
* Proficiency in MS 365 BC is essential for tracking leads and managing client relationships.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and an eagerness to learn about new products and market developments.
