This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading Hedge Fund as an HR Associate, on a one‑year fixed‑term contract. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the full HR lifecycle, supporting a fast‑paced, professional services environment with a strong culture of excellence.
The role
This role is the engine behind smooth HR operations, coordinating global recruitment activity, managing end‑to‑end onboarding, and acting as the first point of contact for employee queries. Working closely with the VP, HR, you’ll maintain accurate HRIS data, support benefits administration, and contribute to process improvements as the firm continues to scale.
Key responsibilities
• Coordinate global recruitment: scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback
• Manage onboarding from offer to start date, including HRIS setup, screening and benefits enrolment
• Own the HR inbox, triaging and resolving employee queries
• Support benefits administration and employee documentation
• Maintain accurate employee records and support HR process improvements
What you’ll bring
• 1-2 years' HR experience in a financial services organisation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Discretion when handling confidential information
• A proactive, service‑oriented mindset and a genuine desire to grow within HR
