Based between our offices in Chester & Preston £70,000 – £80,000 per year | Full-Time |

Essential criteria: Excellent knowledge & experience of CQC and Ofsted regulatory frameworks. Please only apply if you have significant experience in Ofsted Children's Residential Care & CQC Supported Living.

Your Role as Head of Operations:

You will cover the Operations of Embrace Care for the duration of a maternity period, which for the right candidate will have opportunity of permanency

* Responsibility for overseeing the operations, development and overall quality and compliance.
* Oversee the overall quality assurance of all services including strategic implementation of electronic auditing system.
* Oversee the ongoing business development of new services working closely with senior leadership team in line with company policies and procedures.
* Ensure the execution of policies and procedures into practice supporting all operational services to identify challenges and move forward with effective solutions.
* Effectively lead teams in providing a safe, nurturing and responsive approach to meet the needs of all individuals in our care.

What you will bring:

* Excellent understanding of CQC Regulations and Ofsted Regulations.
* Driving Licence.
* Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
* Experience of overseeing the strategic business management of both Children and Adults regulated residential homes (children's) and supported living (adults).
* Proven track record of Nominated Individual / Responsible Individual.
* Professional, resilient, passionate, trustworthy, committed work ethic.
* Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders, external stakeholders and teams alike.
* Excellent background of quality assurance, audit management and improvement.
