Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking civil engineering consultancy near Glasgow, is looking to appoint a skilled infrastructure engineer to support a growing portfolio of residential projects. As an infrastructure engineer, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of residential and mixed-use developments. You’ll be responsible for producing road and drainage designs, managing technical outputs, and liaising with clients and local authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing roads, drainage, and external works for residential schemes
* Preparing detailed drawings and technical specifications
* Coordinating with clients, architects, and statutory bodies
* Using software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroDrainage
Requirements:
* HNC/D or degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
* Experience as an infrastructure engineer within residential development (roads and drainage)
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design tools
