About the Role
SAP Consulting Partners is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP PM/EAM Consultant to join our dynamic SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) practice. You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions across diverse client environments, from initial planning and upgrades to cloud migrations and digital transformation initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to work with forward-thinking organizations and influence critical asset management strategies.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions within S/4HANA environments.
* Drive workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective SAP solutions.
* Configure core PM/EAM functionalities, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, work orders, equipment master data, and maintenance plans.
* Ensure seamless integration with key SAP modules such as MM, PP, QM, and FI/CO.
* Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on custom enhancements.
* Manage testing cycles, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), as well as data migration activities.
* Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer to end users and junior consultants.
* Provide post-implementation support and drive ongoing improvements to maintenance and asset management processes.
* Act as a strategic advisor to clients, promoting best practices and leveraging S/4HANA innovations such as Fiori apps, SAP Asset Manager, IoT, and mobility solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
* 6–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP PM/EAM, with at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.
* In-depth understanding of maintenance operations, including equipment hierarchies, task lists, calibration, refurbishment, and strategy planning.
* Strong integration knowledge with adjacent SAP modules (MM, PP, QM, FI/CO).
* Experience working with Fiori applications, SAP Asset Manager, and other digital asset tools is highly desirable.
* Proven ability to lead workshops, engage stakeholders, and manage client relationships effectively.
* Mentoring experience and contribution to internal knowledge-sharing or best practice frameworks.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
* SAP PM/EAM certification is a strong advantage.
* Industry exposure in manufacturing, energy, utilities, or oil & gas sectors is beneficial.
Work Authorization & Security Requirements
* Candidates must have full rights to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available for this role.
* Due to the nature of client engagements, applicants must be eligible for Security Clearance (SC) — ideally a British passport holder with at least five years of continuous UK residency.
