Overview
Are you passionate about making a difference in the community? We are looking for two dedicated and proactive Temporary Accommodation Asset Officers to join our newly restructured Housing service. In this role, you will be the main line of communication between Temporary Accommodation Housing staff and contractors, ensuring clear instructions and tasks are issued to maintain compliance with legislation. You will work primarily across Bridge Court and Saunderton Lodge Temporary Accommodation units, but may also be required to assist at other sites as needed.
As a Temporary Accommodation Asset Officer, you will support partnership working within your area of responsibility, arrange for work to be carried out to required specifications, and ensure appropriate levels of service are delivered on time, to budget, and to specification. You will also manage complaints, monitor and report on quality, service standards, performance, and budget, and take appropriate action to address issues or escalate as necessary. About the role
Any-Desk:
As an ‘any-desk’ worker, you’ll need to be connected to our network to access digital folders and resources, but this can either be from home or an office location when required. You will be required to work from the office a couple of times a week, depending on your role and team requirements.
