EXETER COLLEGE is looking for a dedicated coach to assist in planning and delivering rowing sessions. Responsibilities include coaching both water and land sessions and providing technical feedback to rowers and coxes. The ideal candidate will have previous rowing or coaching experience, ideally in an Oxford college environment. Strong communication and a positive, enthusiastic attitude are essential. This role requires availability during term time.
