Programme Coordinator – Care, Quality and Improvement Directorate
Salary: Liverpool £27,962 | London £30,962.
Working hours: full time (35 hours a week). Location: Liverpool or London (hybrid homeworking, minimum 6 days a month in office).
Responsibilities
* Organise accreditation assessment activities, ensuring a high‑quality, user‑centric service is delivered and that the accreditation process follows programme standards.
* Independently manage sub‑projects as directed by the Project Manager on behalf of the programme or wider Accreditation Unit, identifying opportunities and risks.
* Plan and coordinate training events, meetings and workshops, including presenting to audiences in an engaging and professional manner and preparing quality written materials.
* Work with a wide range of stakeholders to appreciate their needs and ensure that a high‑quality programme is provided, developing services across the UK and Ireland.
* Take responsibility for communication activities, including social media campaigns and curated engagement blogs to raise the programme’s profile and encourage participation.

Key selection criteria
* Experience of coordinating activities or events for complex work programmes.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to establish relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders from a wide variety of backgrounds.
* Experience of maintaining and updating project documentation such as project plans and reports.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to respond to sudden unexpected demands, with the ability to reprioritise work.
* Experience of meeting and workshop management, including planning, organising, hosting and note‑taking.
