Scantec is recruiting for a proactive Maintenance Engineer who can maximise production efficiency through effective inspection, maintenance and rapid resolution of equipment issues. You’ll play a key role in preventing unplanned downtime, maintaining factory services, and supporting continuous improvement across the site.
Alongside hands‑on engineering work, you’ll support and coach production teams, helping to improve equipment understanding, reliability and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively support all health, safety and quality initiatives across the site
* Communicate effectively with management, production and maintenance teams across all shifts
* Develop and support predictive and planned maintenance systems for production equipment
* Maintain safe, reliable and cost-effective factory utilities
