About the Role:
As a Hire and Coordination Administrator you will be responsible for liaising with external and internal stakeholders to ensure that projects and work are completed on time.
* Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 17:00 working hours *
Responsibilities:
o Coordinate daily operations, working closely with engineers and managing hire schedules, transport, and logistics
o Handle quote-to-contract workflows, supplier onboarding, and rehire processes while keeping documentation accurate and up to date
o Oversee admin essentials including calendars, accreditation portals, transport quotes, and contract support
o Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners to keep projects running smoothly
o Spot and drive improvements that enhance customer experience and boost operational efficiency
