Location: Gloucester, Tewkesbury, GL20
Start Date: September
Hours: Full-time and Part-Time, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Temporary with the view to go permanent
Salary: £89 per day

Who We Are Looking For:
We seek a dynamic, compassionate, and resilient individual capable of connecting with learners facing barriers to education. Experience in education, youth work, psychology, or related support roles is desirable. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, confident, and ready to meet challenges with creativity, care, and a student-centred approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong, trusting relationships with students, particularly those with ADHD, Autism, and behavioural needs.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs.
* Act as a mentor and positive role model, helping students navigate social, emotional, and learning challenges.
* Assist in managing classroom behaviour in collaboration with teachers and support staff.
* Encourage engagement, participation, and self-confidence across the curriculum.
* Support personalised learning plans and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.
