Overview
Credit Control Manager – Office Based, Crawley. We are seeking an experienced Credit Control Manager to join a growing team in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills and dialler system expertise to make a real impact within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the credit control team to achieve collection targets.
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
* Optimise and manage dialler strategies to improve customer contact rates and performance.
* Monitor and report on aged debt, cashflow, and collection KPIs.
* Work closely with senior management to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Coach, mentor, and support team members to achieve personal and business objectives.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a credit control management role.
* Strong knowledge and practical experience using dialler systems.
* Excellent people management and leadership skills.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
