Where you fit in As EPMO Analyst youll be working at the heart of our strategic change programmes - delivering expert support across high-impact change that will shape the future of the organisation. Working within the Enterprise PMO Team, your mission is to ensure projects and programmes are designed and delivered to meet time, cost, and quality goals with precision and professionalism. Youll work closely with the Enterprise Portfolio Office Manager to embed governance, controls, and assurance processes that keep change initiatives on track and aligned with the Enterprise Change Frameworkminimising risk and disruption along the way. Success in this role hinges on your ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across the business. Youll partner with change professionals and business stakeholders to deliver a seamless, end-to-end support service that adds real value. Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on the programmes you support, but core activities include: Rolling out governance standards, tools, and frameworks Supporting the initiation and establishment of Programmes Managing RAID logs and change processes Managing Programme budgets Supporting planning and reporting cycles Coordinating and providing secretariat support for key meetings Beyond operational delivery, youll also play a key role in shaping the future of the PMO function. Youll help identify and share best practices, challenge processes, and contribute to continuous improvementensuring the Enterprise Change PMO remains agile, effective, and future-ready. What skills and qualifications you will need: Project Management knowledge and proven experience of working in a project or programme environment with an understanding of programme management methodologies Able to collect and collate the PMO data and advise Project and Programme Managers of areas that need their attention such as interdependencies. Experienced in managing a time reporting system, managing time entries for programme project teams, establishing correct project/task codes, ensuring appropriate project set-up for reporting. Strong familiarity with project health reporting, metrics and KPIs. Facilitation skills ability to interact and engage effectively with the project/programme team and stakeholders to be able to capture timely and accurate data and information. PMO process analysis and improvement must have the ability to identify ways of improving the Enterprise Change Framework and making it more efficient and effective as well as ensuring compliance to the Framework processes. Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail including ability to review, analyse and manipulate data to produce quality management reports in simple and comprehensible form for non-technical audience. Excellent IT skills. Advanced MS office user - Word, MS Project, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint user We embrace a flexible working model, where our hybrid setup typically requires an average of 1-2 x days day in the office per week. This could be slightly more when collaborative efforts, training or meeting deadlines demand it. As well as a day in the office, you also be required to visit sites.
