The Medical People is proud to be partnering with a leading independent kidney care provider to recruit an experienced Clinic Manager for a busy dialysis clinic in Bilston.
Our client delivers life-saving renal care to over 2,000 patients across England and Wales and works in close partnership with the National Health Service. As part of a respected international network, they are dedicated to transforming kidney care and improving patients' quality of life through innovation, compassion, and clinical excellence.

The Opportunity
This is a pivotal leadership role where you will:
* Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of nurses and support staff
* Oversee all clinical, operational, and administrative aspects of the clinic
* Ensure an exceptional, patient-centred dialysis experience
* Liaise with NHS Trusts and regulatory bodies including the Care Quality Commission
* Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with governance frameworks (including KLoE)
* Support onboarding, training, and professional development
* Build strong patient relationships and effectively manage feedback and concerns

About YouTo succeed in this role, you will have:
* Full NMC registration
* Experience in clinical leadership within an outpatient haemodialysis setting
* Registration as a Manager with CQC (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A hands-on, values-driven leadership style
* A proactive and solution-focused approach
* Excellent organisational and operational management skills
* Evidence of continued professional development (renal care experience highly desirable)
