Job Description
3. Supporting on a wide range of internal and external investigations, particularly in the financial services sector
4. Advising financial institutions and corporates on regulatory obligations, compliance, and enforcement risks
5. Collaborating with international offices on cross-border financial regulatory matters
6. Contributing to business development, client relationships, and thought leadership
7. Supervising junior lawyers and helping grow the contentious regulatory practice
The Successful Applicant
A successful FS Regulation Solicitor should have:
8. 2+ years PQE in financial services regulatory work
9. Experienced in investigations and regulatory enforcement actions involving bodies such as the FCA, PRA, FRC, or SFO
10. Skilled in advising on financial crime, market conduct, AML, bribery, and senior management governance
11. Comfortable working independently and engaging with high-value clients
12. Strong in legal drafting, analysis, and advisory work across regulatory frameworks like MAR, MiFID II, EMIR, DORA, and MiCAR
