Are you an experienced Portfolio Manager or Development Finance professional looking to play a key role in managing complex residential development loans within a high-performing specialist lender?
We are working with a well-established, award-winning specialist bank with a strong reputation in development finance. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Portfolio Manager to support a growing loan book and work closely with Lending Directors, Relationship Managers, and Credit teams.
This is a highly visible role where you will monitor, manage and add strategic value across a portfolio of development facilities, ensuring projects remain on track and risks are effectively managed.

The Role
You will be responsible for monitoring and managing a portfolio of development loans post-completion, ensuring projects remain on track financially and operationally.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring loan performance, cash flow, and project milestones
Identifying and escalating risks at an early stage
Supporting restructuring, amendments, and extensions where required
Conducting site visits and liaising with borrowers and professionals
Producing portfolio reporting and analysis
Working closely with QSs, Valuers, and construction teams to manage risk
