Join our Customer Communication Analyst team! Up to £40,000 experience depending, Flexible Location, 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday (Working from Home).
You will:
1. Manage end-to-end customer communication changes.
2. Maintain communication repository and document version control.
3. Liaise with stakeholders for clear and compliant communications.
4. Ensure adherence to Compliance and Consumer Duty regulations.
5. Review and improve document change processes.
6. Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and reporting.
You will have:
7. Experience in communication or documentation change management, preferably in financial services.
8. Understanding regulatory compliance and Consumer Duty, Treating Customer Fairly regulatory knowledge
9. Proficiency in Excel and document management systems.
10. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
11. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
