Our client, a full-service Scottish law firm, is seeking an NQ to join its busy conveyancing team at its Edinburgh office.
This position will involve handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, including the acquisition of property for small developments, the sale of developed plots, drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting title searches, resolving boundary disputes, and liaising with third parties such as estate agents, mortgage brokers, and surveyors.
