CBW Staffing Solutions are working with a high-profile, client-direct commercial campus in Whitechapel to find a skilled Fabric Engineer to join their on-site engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a modern, forward-thinking environment where your expertise will be valued and rewarded.
This is a Monday-to-Friday schedule and a rotating shift pattern, offering excellent work-life balance. Youll be the go-to person for fabric and general maintenance tasks across the estateno two days will be the same.
?? What Youll Be Doing
Carrying out general fabric maintenance and repairs across the campus
Painting, decorating, and light cosmetic work
Minor carpentry tasks (e.g. fixing doors, locks, and fittings)
Installing shelves, whiteboards, blinds, and more
Supporting basic electrical duties (e.g. lighting checks and replacements)
Assisting with room setups and internal moves
Supporting statutory compliance tasks tap temps, flushing, fire alarm tests
Keeping logbooks up-to-date and assisting subcontractors on-site

Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts):
Week 1: 07:00am 16:00pm
Week 2: 10:00am 19:00pm
On-call rota with additional payments
