Receptionist/Administrator - Chellow Heights Special School
We have an exciting opportunity for aReceptionist/Administrator to join our team at Chellow HeightsSpecial School on a part time basis.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills,attention to detail and a passion for fostering a positiveexperience for all. You will work alongside the current Officeteam to support the smooth delivery of day to day operations.
Key Responsibilities include;
· Providing general clerical/admin. support e.g. answering andmaking telephone calls, photocopying, filing, faxing, completestandard forms, respond to routine correspondence, sort anddistribute mail.
· Maintaining manual and computerised records/managementinformation systems e.g. pupil attendance. Undertake typing andword-processing and other IT based tasks.
· Undertaking administrative procedures.
The Successful candidate will;
· Have an ability to relate well to pupils and adults.
· Be able to work constructively as part of a team.
· Have ability to remain calm under pressure.
· Demonstrate good co-operative, interpersonal and listeningskills.
· Have a good sense of humour.

About Chellow Heights
Chellow Heights school is a large special school which is locatedon two separate sites. Both sites offer exceptional learningenvironments for our pupils which enhance their learning andquality of life experiences. These include an outstanding outdoorprovision, multi-sensory rooms, soft play, food technology roomsand our 'engine' rooms which are used to support our pupils withtheir sensory processing.
Our West Site is the larger provision and in addition to theresources highlighted above, also boasts a multi-sensoryhydrotherapy pool, rebound therapy room, music therapy room andjungle gym (soft play room).
Our South Site is a much smaller provision in terms of the sizeof building yet capitalises brilliantly on the large outdoorspace available.
