About The Role
We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Dairy Herdsperson to join our team. You'll play a key role in caring for our high-performing herd, supporting daily operations, and ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare and milk production.
What You'll Be Doing
* Milking, feeding, and general herd care
* Monitoring animal health and wellbeing
* Supporting calving and youngstock management
* Maintaining hygiene in parlour and livestock areas
* Operating farm machinery safely
* Recording data and supporting herd performance tracking
* Working collaboratively with the wider farm team
What We're Looking For
* Experience working with dairy cattle
* Strong understanding of animal husbandry and welfare
* Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and early mornings
* Good communication and record-keeping skills
* Positive, proactive attitude
* Machinery operation experience (training can be provided)
