Day Maintenance Plumber Brighton
Location: Brighton
Sector: Retail
Responsibilities
* Plant checks on pumps and motors
* Fault finding of any problems
* Basic plumbing duties including taps, change of pans, change of PVC pipes and general water treatment maintenance
* Basic checks on AC units including splits and multi-splits and basic maintenance in AHU's
* Work with the team on site and escort sub-contractors
Qualifications
* Plumbing or mechanical qualification
* Proven track record in commercial maintenance
Schedule & Compensation
Hours: 7:00‑16:00 Monday to Friday
Salary: £42,000 with call out, overtime and company benefits
