We are seeking to fill Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) / Educational Wellbeing Practitioner (EWP) vacancies in Hounslow arising due to staff progression. We welcome applications from qualified EMHP / EWP or those nearing the end of their EMHP/EWP training. Both full-time, part-time, and job share opportunities are available.

The postholders will provide assessment and guided self-help interventions (both individual and group-based) to children and young people aged 5-18 and their families.
With appropriate supervision, you will work as an autonomous and responsible practitioner within the scope of your training and local job description, engaging in:
* Delivering evidence-based 1:1 or group interventions for children and young people in educational settings with mild to moderate mental health issues
* Supporting children and young people with more severe problems to access specialist services promptly
* Supporting and training school staff to identify and manage mental health and wellbeing issues
* Collaborating with educational environments to facilitate access to mental health services
* Supporting the implementation of Whole School Approaches across Hounslow schools
* Utilizing acquired skills and knowledge to deliver a service within education settings that complements existing initiatives
