Working Arrangements

Graduates are asked to attend the office a minimum of four days per week to ensure appropriate support and collaboration.

What We Can Offer You

* A competitive salary.
* Private medical insurance.
* A range of benefits, including holiday buy/sell, group income protection, and life assurance.
* A permanent employment contract to demonstrate our commitment to your long-term career at Stantec.
* A professional progression plan, supporting you to attain professional status.
* A supportive and collaborative team environment, an Early Careers peer group, and a wider Employee Resource Group (ERG) network.
