All general yard duties : Mucking out / keeping yard tidy Grooming / tacking up Feeding / filling haynets / water buckets Preparing for competitions Riding / Ridden pathway available for the right candidate Training All training will be provided on site during your paid working hours. Your day to day mentoring will be with your employer, and a combination of online and in person monthly sessions will be held with your Haddon Training Trainer Coach. Qualifications required GCSE Level 4/ Grade C in Maths and English or equivalent. Contact Haddon Training to discuss if not yet achieved - Must be able to work towards Level 1 or higher in Functional Skills Maths and English Skills required Have good basics, ie : muck out, tack up, feed, groom etc Prospects Progression to the Level 3 Senior Groom and or possibility of full time employment Qualification / Standard : ST0166 Equine groom Duration 12 Months
