Make an impact in our Sales team The Head of Sales Academy role will design, build, and lead the Opus Sales Academy (Pathfinder), creating a scalable, high-performance talent engine that develops individuals from entry level through to fully capable, quota-carrying sales professionals. The role is accountable for ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality sales talent, capable of generating and closing business within the SME segment, and progressing into the broader Opus sales organisation. In addition, the role will support the Sales Leadership Team by embedding best practice, improving sales rigour, and coaching Sales Team Leaders to drive higher standards of execution, consistency, and performance.
