Traveling Construction Foreman
Based in York, PA | Projects across the Mid-Atlantic (PA, NJ, NY, VA, MD, DE, DC)
Pay: $30 - $40/hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays | Project-based travel required
About the Role:
* Join a leading drilling contractor as a Traveling Construction Foreman, where you'll lead skilled crews on high-impact infrastructure projects. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee trenchless utility installations and replacements, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. We're looking for an experienced leader who can guide, motivate, and work alongside their team to achieve project goals.
What You'll Do:
* Lead and supervise 2-6 person crews in field operations
* Ensure project timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met
* Oversee trenchless utility installation and replacement projects
* Foster a collaborative, team-first work environment
* Provide mentorship, guidance, and on-the-job training to crew members
What We're Looking For:
• 7-10+ years experience in construction
• 5+ years in a Foreman/Supervisory role
• 5+ years experience in travel-based field work
• Clean driving record | Willing to travel throughout PA, NJ, NY, VA, MD, DE, and DC
Experience with:
• Trenchless utility systems (auger boring, tunneling, pipe jacking)
• Large underground structures & heavy highway construction
• Underground pipe installations (36+ inch diameter)
(But Not Required):
CDL Class A (Manual & Automatic)
Welding ability & willingness to obtain D1.1 Certification
