We are looking for a Care Home Chef with an Enhanced DBS to cover holiday absence at various care homes in Frome.
7am-3pm/8am-4pm, £16.00ph – £20.00ph, weekly pay including accrued holiday pay
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality meals for residents.
2. Prepare nutritious, well-balanced meals that meet dietary requirements.
3. Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
4. Manage food orders, stock control, and kitchen operations efficiently.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
6. Enhanced DBS check (essential).
7. Knowledge of dietary requirements and nutritional needs, particularly for elderly care.
8. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
9. Food safety Level 2 & Allergen Training
