What you'll do: Working a 12-hour slow rotating Panama/3s & 2s shift pattern (with every other Friday-Sunday off), you'll play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of all mechanical and electrical systems across production and site facilities. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing mechanical and electrical maintenance to the highest safety and quality standards. - Maintaining accurate documentation and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. - Responding to production needs and coordinating work with engineering and factory teams. - Liaising with contractors and sourcing essential spares efficiently. - Keeping the workshop and work areas clean and following all safety procedures. What we're looking for: - The ideal candidate is a proactive, team-oriented engineer who takes ownership of their work and supports colleagues to achieve team success. You will: - Be apprentice-trained or hold a relevant engineering qualification. - Have multi-skilled mechanical and electrical experience, preferably within food, FMCG, or manufacturing. - Take pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organised environment.
