About the role:
As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a key part in ensuring our sales and customer operations run smoothly. You'll handle a variety of tasks, from supporting our sales team to providing excellent customer service.
Your main duties will include:
* Answering phones and handling customer enquiries
* Processing orders and booking deliveries
* Managing customer service enquiries and resolutions
* Maintaining dropship accounts
* Making sales calls and managing customer accounts
What we're looking for:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A commitment to learning about our products, services, and customers
* A great team player with strong administration skills
* Previous experience using Sage 50 and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
* Good maths and English skills
* A confident, professional telephone manner
* Minimum 2 years' administration experience (required)
* E-commerce and sales generation experience (desirable)
* Level 2 Business Admin Qualification (advantage but not essential)
