About The Role
We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic, and motivated person to work on a permanent basis with us at Combe Lea Residential Care Home as an Administrator.
Combe Lea is a modern Community Resource Centre (CRC) based in Midsomer Norton, which is registered to provide care and support for residents needing residential and dementia care.
This post plays a key role in supporting the care teams and senior management posts deliver their services.
About You
Good numerical and word processing skills
Strong Knowledge/experience of MS Word and MS Excel
Friendly, confident, well presented and customer focused.
Professional telephone manner.
Genuine interest in working within a caring environment.
An appreciation of need for confidentiality and discretion.
Good communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage workloads, to cope with conflicting demands and deadlines.
Confident team player.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Flexible and ability to adapt your approach to duties.
Willingness to undertake training and learn new systems.
