The Ideal Candidate
* Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
* Proven experience in a nursery or childcare setting at a managerial or supervisory level
* Demonstrates a strong commitment to quality, safety, and child-centred care
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
