Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Home Manager to lead and manage a nursing home, ensuring the delivery of exceptional standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be an inspirational leader, committed to driving quality improvements, supporting staff development, and maintaining a positive and caring environment for residents.
Responsibilities
* Provide strong and effective leadership for the nursing home team.
* Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and care regulations.
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring smooth operation and high standards of resident care.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ experience managing or co-managing a care or nursing home.
* Valid NMC registration (RGN/RMN) preferred.
* In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and UK care home regulations.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Experience in staff management, performance reviews, and development.
* Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
