Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing?
As our Plumbing Supervisor, you'll be part of our Plumbing Team responsible for supervising the team working on our Thames Water contract in Wantage.
You'll handle all day-to-day compliance management, ensuring jobs are health, safety, quality, and environmentally compliant in accordance with legislations, procedures, and standards.
You'll complete and sign off permits as required, along with van audits and check training certification and competence to ensure teams are completing data fields in OFS/work mobile.
We'll need you to make sure plant and equipment are safe, calibrated, and being used by authorized personnel, and carry out and record TBTs and safety briefings.
You'll complete and submit site audits and hazard spots whilst ensuring jobs meet all environmental standards.
We'll need you to ensure the data integrity of all jobs completed, including random dip testing of data such as serial numbers (bar codes), coordinates, photograph quality on route, and task stop-start times.
