Hourly Rate: £40.00 - £50.00 per hour (depending on pay type)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Locum Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our well-established GP surgery in Wrexham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a friendly and professional team. The role offers flexibility in terms of hours, with an ideal preference for Tuesdays and Fridays but we are happy to discuss alternative availability.

Hours: 08:30 AM – 16:30 PM

Dates: Starting from 15th December, ongoing

Hourly Rate: £40.00 - £50.00 per hour, dependent on pay type

EMIS Web: Experience with EMIS Web is required
*
Parking: On-site parking available
Key Responsibilities:
*
Assess, diagnose, and treat patients within the scope of your practice as an ANP
*
Prescribe medications and order necessary tests
*
Work alongside GPs and other clinical staff in a collaborative, patient-centered environment
*
Provide high-quality care, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction
*
Manage a caseload effectively within the surgery’s protocols
Requirements:
*
NMC registered and experienced ANP with prescribing qualifications
*
Previous experience in a primary care setting (preferably with EMIS Web)
*
Strong clinical decision-making skills and the ability to work autonomously
*
Ideally available on Tuesdays and Fridays, but flexible for the right candidate
